Get Back Up

For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes.- Proverbs 24:16

Have you ever made a mistake, wrong turn, poor choice, boo boo, or anything that you regretted? If so, then welcome to the "You Are Not Alone" group.

The Word of God says that we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. The word "all" includes everyone!

When we fall short of God's best, we can't stay there. We can't allow shame or guilt to keep us down. We can't throw pity parties and call it quits. No sir, no ma'am.

GET BACK UP!

Okay, just say you received a word from God about a vision He has for your life. You are trying hard to do your part. You slip up and fall short. Guess what? You can get back up. No one is perfect. We are all in need of His grace and mercy which is provided daily. That does not excuse us to continue in our mess or poor decisions. It simply means to accept His grace as the gift it is and keep going.

Don't let the number of times you fall keep you from moving forward in God. He died for your freedom. He rose for your peace. He lives for your purpose.
