If You Thought I Was Dead, I'm Not.

There will be moments in life where you must refuse to die.

Death symbolizes the end of something. If you're dead then life no longer exist. If life does not exist, then purpose cannot be fulfilled. If purpose cannot be fulfilled then the things you were created to do will not be done.
If the things you were created to do will not be done, then the people waiting on you to deliver will not be changed. If change does not exist then the doorway is open for a repeated cycle of people not rising to purpose.
Let's make a daily choice to refuse to die.
Refusing to die requires a strength that comes from God. There are many times I've wanted to give up, give in, and stop pursuing purpose yet something inside of me won't let me do so. There is a difference between just existing and rising up to live.
Existing requires little effort. It's a routine and mediocre way of coping out on life. On the other hand, living requires so much more. Rising up to be the unique person God called you to be is not easy. Walking away from the lifestyle choices, people, and highlighted things of the world is not for the faint in heart. Each of us will face crossroads that will require us to go higher, to learn more, to leave people and things behind, and be willing to be transformed.
"If You Thought I Was Dead, I'm Not" should be a billboard posted on the scrapbook of your life. Let every attack from the devil, every person who's against your purpose, every fear, doubt, and worry be placed on notice that there is more to your story.
Don't let your story end with blank pages. Finish it for the generations behind you. Go for it. Write it. Draw it. Share it. Birth it. Pursue it. Live it. Do it.
I refuse to die prematurely for there is so much more to live for.
If you thought I was dead, I'm not.
